Please read this agreement carefully before you create an account.
Talkiti is our commercial name
By accessing or using Talkiti services, you agree to these terms, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not click “Start” and do not access or otherwise use any of our Services. If you want to terminate this contract, at any time you can do so by deleting your account.
 

In order to delete your account you need to send an email to the following address: support@talkiti .com or delete your account through the "user" setting of the application.

1. Our service

Our purpose is to give people the option to meet potential partners in order to create relationships. To help advance this mission, we provide the Services described below:

 

Connect you with people:
We help you find and connect with people that watch your basic requirement across the Talkiti Product you use. We use your personal information and preferences to give you new suggestions.

 

Help you discover places that may interest you:
Exposing you to the list of places that work with our application (bars, restaurant etc.) i.e. places assigned to Talkiti QR code. We show you ads, offers and other sponsored content to help you discover content, products, and services. Talkiti is not affiliated with or responsible for any of these third-party Ads or offers.

 

Enable global access to our services:

Our service is global, we store and distribute content and data in data centers and systems around the world. This infrastructure operate through or is controlled by Firebase.

2. Your commitment to Talkiti
Before you create an account on Talkiti and/or access Talkiti services, make sure you are eligible to use our Services.
By using our Services, you are confirming that:
 

A. You are at least 18 years old.

 

B. You are not prohibited by law from using our services and you are legally qualified to enter such a binding agreement with Talkiti .
 

C. You will provide accurate information about yourself.
 

D. You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country and you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
 

E. You are not located in a country that is subject to a Israel Government embargo, or that has been designated by the Israel Government as a “terrorist supporting” country and you are not listed on any Israel Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
 

F. You have not been convicted of a sex crime, or any crime involving violence.
 

G. You will treat other users in a respectful manner.
 

H. You will create only one account (your own account) on our Services.
 

I. You have not previously been removed from our Services.
 

J. You will not create a false identity on Talkiti , misrepresent your identity, use or attempt to use another’s account; including misleading links to Facebook, Instagram, etc.
 

K. You will not use the Services in a way that damages the Services or prevents their use by other users.
 

L. You will not use our Services for any harmful, illegal, or nefarious purpose, Including by any Prohibited Content (obscene, pornographic or violent content, spam or content that may otherwise offend others).
 

M. You will not upload materials that contain viruses or other malware.
 

N. You will not use the Service for any commercial use includes post advertisements on your profile, unless you previously obtain Talkiti approved in writing.
 

O. You are subscribing to the service of Talkiti of your own free will, and you will not have any claim or cause of action against Talkiti due to disappointment or discomfort regarding success in getting a proper match or any other use of the Talkiti Services.
 

P. We will be entitled to remove your user account at any time in our sole discretion if we find that you have violated our Community Rules without giving you the right to appeal.
 

Q. If at any time you cease to meet these requirements, you must immediately delete your account.

3. The permissions you give Talkiti

 

a. Permission to use and share content you create: You grant Talkiti a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, and worldwide license to store, use, distribute, modify, copy, display and create derivative works of your content and give permission to Talkiti to share any your Content including text photos, that you upload into Talkiti with third parties, such as service providers that support our Services. We use your content to find your matches on Talkiti and share your information with other users on Talkiti . You provide this information of your own volition. Please make sure you do not upload or share content on Talkiti , which you deem private or secret in any way.

b. Permission to update software you use or download: you give Talkiti permission to download and install upgrades, updates, and additional features to the Talkiti App.

 

c. Location information: If you give us permission, we will collect your precise geolocation. The collection of your geolocation may occur in the background if the permission you gave us expressly permits such collection. We use that content to find your potential matches.

 

d. Notice and message: You agree that we will send you notices and messages through the Talkiti App, or to the contact information you provided us (e.g., email, mobile number).

 

e. ads and commercials: You allow us to show you through the Talkiti App ads that businesses and organizations pay us to promote. We use your personal data, such as information about your activity and interests, to show you ads that are more relevant to you.

4. Our privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protect the information you share with us. We have a separate document related to our policy that you should read.
By using our Services, you agree that we may use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Limits on liability

The Talkiti Services are provided "as is". Talkiti does not make any guarantees as to the safety or security of the Services, or that they will function without disruptions or imperfections. To the extent permitted by law, Talkiti DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Talkiti does not control or direct what othe users do or say, and is not responsible for such users' actions, conduct, or any content they share (including Prohibited Content).

Accordingly, Talkiti’s liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and under no circumstance will Talkiti be liable to you for any damages arising out of or related to these Terms of Use or Talkiti Services.
 

 

Additional information:

a. The app is currently in its BETA version and therefore the app may suffer disruptions or contain bugs.
b. We may update the terms from time to time, so you should check this page regularly for updates.
